Process Technician -B Shift Scribe and Break / AVI (Finance)
- Release WIP from hold.
- Execute OCAP following process specification.
- Execute engineering experiment per instruction from engineer.
- Train/certify operators.
- Proof-read process specification.
- Modify/create process recipes.
Education & Experience
- Basic knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and standard operating procedure in factory.
- Basic knowledge of unit process.
- Good written/oral communication skill.
- Fluency in MS - Excel, Word
Working Conditions
- Will be exposed to areas where hand tools and power tools are being operated.
- Will be exposed to areas where hazardous chemicals or gases are stored.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor protocol/requirements.
- The person in this position works in scribe & break, and AVI area with process engineer to resolve process-related issues in manufacturing and also to execute engineering experiment. The technician in this grade can train new technicians of lower level on technician duties. This person understands relationship between processes upstream/downstream.
