National Healthcareer Association (NHA), a brand within Ascend Learning Healthcare, is searching for a seniordirector of marketing to lead marketing efforts for NHA. The ideal candidate will possess strong product marketing expertise, marketing communications experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an ownership attitude. Reporting to the Ascend Learning Healthcare chief marketing officer, the ideal candidate will have a history of developing targeted strategies for holistic marketing programs, building brand relevance, executing on data analysis insights to refine programs, and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive loyalty and engagement. This person needs to be a creative/critical thinker, a transformer, a curious self-starter, an innovator, a leader, a collaborator, and a brand ambassador at heart.

This position requires that the employee be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an exemption has been granted by Ascend Learning for a religious, health-related or other legally-mandated reason, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
