Accounting / Payroll Manager (Administrative)

As an Accounting/Payroll Manager you will:
Use FST's payroll system to review hours worked, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and process the weekly payroll etc.Prepare the weekly payroll for divisions of FST, including processing pay transactions, auditing work, contacting department leaders for clarification, and mailing supporting documentation.Prepare and execute pay orders through our electronic system, administer statements of payments, and process taxes and payment of employee benefits.Address issues and questions regarding payroll in a timely manner and prepare reports for upper management, finance, etc.Be responsible for the general ledger entries as well as the monthly payroll accruals and account reconciliations.Be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
