Web Merchandiser- Remote Worker (Project Management)
Major Responsibilities
Work with various cross functional teams, databases, and/or suppliers to support the development of promotional assortments and execute monthly processes for key customers to include communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams, pricing, operations, and entry into tracking mechanisms for communication and completion of the promotion.
- Assist in the Item maintenance process with CDE's and Sr. CDE's by conducting regular Item cleanups, assist with Gap Analysis and make recommendations for Item Adds / Deletes per customer strategy.
- Provide reporting to key stakeholders for decision making by assisting in the review of customer websites and provide customer communications related to maintenance and necessary item updates.
- Assist in obtaining renewed documentation from internal contacts and/or suppliers, and update items and pricing for customer communication accordingly.
- Obtain proof of performance for all promotional activity including website screenshots, marketing vehicles, and any other print pieces required by suppliers to pay debits.
- Develop effective cross-functional relationships within the organization with groups such as Merchandising, Marketing, Content, and Inventory.

Skills/Knowledge Required
- Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; very detail-oriented and thorough.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Working knowledge of ICAP's, Power BI, customer portals and reporting systems.
- Hyperion knowledge is helpful.
- A good sense of understanding what drives sales and impacts growth.
- Has a constant eye on sales revenue and knowing one's numbers
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
- One (1) year of prior merchandising or marketing experience preferred.
