Wholesale Manager (Finance)
Responsible to achieve established wholesale revenue and margin targets
Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale roadmap that aligns to the overall Gage budget and strategy for Michigan business
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with wholesale partners
Identify new business opportunities, have pitch deck to inform and secure new business
Total responsibility for negotiating deals
Single point of contact for all wholesale business
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure inventory levels can support projected sales
Stay up to date with current market factors such as pricing, demand, brands, etc.
Establish a robust Leaflink marketplace process to facilitate orders with approved customers
Support some miscellaneous non-wholesale product management projects as needed
Ability to expand focus to additional markets as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years' experience in Retail operations within Cannabis industry.
Proven negotiation skills
Passionate about achieving sales targets and expansion of product sales
Excellent customer service support
Ability to function with minimal direction and work independently
Must be willing to travel extensively in the Michigan region
Must have the ability to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence others
Sales driven and results oriented
Full time. Salary based on experience and successful interview.
