Plumbing Engineer/Designer (Finance)

Responsibilities:

Design of Domestic Water Distribution, Sanitary/Waste/Vent, RO/DI Water Distribution, Lab Gas Distribution, and Fuel distribution systems
Review code related items with engineers to ensure compliance
Develop and monitor plumbing work plans in conjunction with PM
Write new specification sections; develop new details, as required for project needs
Manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours

Qualifications

4 years Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a 2 year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing design as it pertains to building systems
Current working knowledge of Revit is required (experience preferred)
