Associate Manager, Consumer Connections (Finance)

The Associate Manager, Consumer Connections is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive brand loyalty. This role involves leading teams to create integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize consumer touchpoints, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of full-funnel consumer connections strategies for our Ready-To-Drink (RTD) brands, ensuring alignment with Suntory Global Spirits' overarching objectives.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel plans across touchpoints including paid media, social, influencer, web, CRM, and digital activation, including creation of social/digital assets.
  • Manage RTD brand social platforms, overseeing content and calendar creation across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message that resonates with target audiences.
  • Build and execute platform-specific social media strategies, leveraging a blend of paid social, word-of-mouth programming, user-generated content, and micro- and macro-influencer engagement.
  • Help lead strategy, planning, and performance management for paid media campaigns, delivering on brand objectives and maximizing ROI through ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with Media and Digital agencies for planning and execution to fulfill US consumer campaigns or execute directly on smaller brands or projects as needed
  • Monitor and maintain dashboards and regular digital reporting to track performance trends against Media and Digital KPIs with speed and agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve consumer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social, paid media and/or digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media across brand and agency roles. Proven expertise in managing social media channels and social and digital content creation.
  • In-depth understanding of broader digital and media strategy disciplines, including touchpoint mix/prioritization, buying efficiency, effectiveness in execution, and managing agency relationships.
  • Direct experience in running or overseeing digital and media campaigns from inception to completion, with proficiency in performance marketing, conversion strategies, and online customer acquisition.
  • Strong quantitative skills, necessary for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, with an understanding of key digital marketing metrics and familiarity with social and media measurement and verification partners (e.g., Sprinklr, DoubleVerify, IRI, Market Mix Modeling).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to set deadlines, track progress, manage stakeholders effectively, and utilize tools like PowerPoint and Excel to support daily tasks.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance consumer connections and engagement.

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago is $100,000 to $115,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
