Job Summary:  

General Outdoor cleaning of shopping centers.

Job Location: 448 Springbrook Rd. Charlotte, NC  28217
Shift/Hours: Start time 6:30am to route is complete.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route- routes may vary day to day. 
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted 
• Perform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as: 
  • Perform litter pick-up
  • Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties 
  • Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues  

Job Requirements:  

• Valid Driver's License/ good driving record 
• Ability to follow directions and read maps 
• Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests 
• Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely 
• Moderate lifting - no greater than 50 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.  
• Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be detail oriented
