Job Description:
The Senior Contingent Workforce Analyst is a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership, guiding them end-to-end through the requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenges and needs, consulting on available positions and job descriptions to ensure accurate scope, and delivering valuable market intelligence to advise both the manager and suppliers on available candidate population and competitive compensation.
Beyond the requisition life cycle, the Senior Contingent Workforce Analyst facilitates the assignment between temporary worker, manager, and supplier and advises on follow-up as needed in relation to compliance, performance, and on-going employment. Scope of responsibility may be on an expanded geographic territory or national level, within a specific functional area of expertise. Works independently under minimal supervision.
