YOUR ROLE
- Engaging with the brand's audience through community management on social platforms
- Liaison with Legal and Brand team to secure all necessary approvals
- Creating and executing the monthly content calendar, considering national holidays, topical events and product launches (sourcing 5+ Instagram, 1-2 Facebook, 3+ TikTok and 2 YouTube posts per week; copywriting for each of those posts, ideas for 1 Facebook Live and minimum 3 Instagram story per week). \
- Sourcing graphic design as needed
- Preparing social postmortem reports with Social Media Strategist for campaigns
- Preparing monthly reports for sales and executive teams
- Developing strategic and creative social media initiatives to promote engagement and drive growth on Schwarzkopf Professional's social channelsĀ
- Monitor competitors and general hair industry landscape on social media to determine trending topicsĀ
- Serving as a direct link from Instagram to main distributors' e-commerce site through tagging, links, etc.
- Conduct weekly meetings with social team to review current social media content plans and data. Adjust content planning accordingly.
- Completing budget tracking by the end of each month
YOUR SKILLS
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape, including key social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram)
- Experience with Dash Hudson preferred
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have a great passion for hair
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Excellent active listening and writing skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Solutions oriented
- Forward looking with a holistic approach Education: Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar domain of work.
