A role you will love The Remote Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing our impression-building web experience and lead generation via paid and social media efforts. This position helps develop and implement strategic and tactical B2B web and digital marketing programs at a segment and business level to help the organization realize its business objectives. This omnichannel role requires a combination of data analysis, creative strategy, and growth marketing to create "winning" digital marketing programs across all paid and social media channels. The position requires a hands-on, collaborative, flexible approach with the ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while driving aggressive deadlines. The role is best suited for a high-achiever with proven ability to think strategically, contribute individually (through hands-on execution) as well as part of a results-focused global team. This position is fully remote and open to all US locations. Key responsibilities:
Strategize, design and implement digital approach, including web, organic and paid media to meet business goals and objectives.
Develop recommendations for stakeholders with right mix of digital channels, budget and resource requirements.
Understand paid media needs, vendors, systems and underlying dataset by being a key user of this information and channel specific KPIs
Manage social media calendars, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and approved by internal stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Evaluate data from digital marketing efforts at tactic, audience and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance
Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present to internal stakeholders along with actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Work within the global web & digital team to optimize SEO/SEM initiatives.
Ensure digital marketing activities comply with corporate brand guidelines as well as follow best practices for that channel

General knowledge of financial and investment services market a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
6-8 years of digital marketing experience as part of a marketing team, preferably with a public company comparable to Computershare.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid understanding of PPC, SEO and SEM, including setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
