Researches, plans, develops and conducts corporate/organizational training programs to increase productivity for various Broadspire departments. Conducts training to groups of 1 - 50 participants. Develops curriculum for training programs to be introduced to Broadspire staff.
Education equivalent to a college degree or the equivalent in related work experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
Excellent oral and written skills are essential. Must demonstrate a high commitment to task as well as a high level of creativity and versatility in developing course curriculum. Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and able to tolerate ambiguity in a changing environment.
Certification in DDI, Behavioral interviewing, and Service Plus (to be achieved post-employment) is required.

Designs training materials and courseware for programs needed by all departments within the company (i.e. Effective Communication skills).
Conducts research and collects reference materials to provide up-to-date training materials to be utilized by the Training & Development department.
Provides classroom training and follow-up support to BROADSPIRE team members on material presented in class.
Collects follow-up exercises, evaluations and questionnaires to improve and update course design.
Develops and maintains the Train-the-Trainer program to ensure consistent, quality training programs throughout the company.
Assists team members on projects and helps them to recognize software program features in a productive, time efficient way.
Designs, updates and conducts organizational training, including but not limited to; Time Management, Telephone Courtesy & Customer Service, Effective Speaking Skills, Business Writing and Proposal Writing.
Secures certification to conduct specialized training, i.e. DDI, Service Plus and Behavioral Interviewing.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
