Detailed Job Description:

POSTION SUMMARY: Oversee siding and window installation process from point of sale through installation to final walkthrough. Ensure customer satisfaction is being met through entire sale and installation process. Work with subcontractors and monitor their performance for adherence to company standards. Provide inside sales support when necessary.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITES:

Material Order / Process:

Validate orders to ensure siding and window orders are correct for intended application.
Process purchase order for all labor solutions orders.
Process purchase orders for all outside vendors.
Process purchase orders (or work orders) for accessories required for any job order.
Purchase any other items (or accessories) needed to complete job orders.
Monitor inventory of installation material to ensure they are in stock for work orders.

Customer Service/ Satisfaction:

Communication with builder about installation status prior to installation.
Confirm schedule with Operations and builder and continually update status of installation.
Confirm with builder/Job Sup completion of installation and set walkthrough with builder/Job Sup.

Job Scheduling & Coordination:

Recruit subcontractors for both windows and siding when necessary.
Review with subcontractors SBL Labor Solutions installation standards.
Review special instructions with installers when necessary.
Review installer for project with operations prior to job start.

Other Duties Required:

Perform job cost analysis on completed jobs.
Provide technical support for estimators and inside sales, as needed.
Maintain data base of customer projects
Update forms, as needed, for staff & installers.
Other general duties as required of all employees of SBLC.



EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1+ year of siding and window install.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITES:

Microsoft, Word, Excel & Outlook
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter with positive attitude
Ability to multi-task
Good organization skills
Knowledge of window and siding installation, methods, standards, and specifications,


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work type: light load, some lifting may be required (75lbs or less)
Walk uneven terrain (jobsites)


ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is primarily performed outside the office.
Jobsite visits are regular and common
Work in varying Temperatures
Will be on Construction sites regularly


LICENSE(S)AND/ OR CERTIFICATES:

Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
