Global Talent Development Manager (Finance)
What Will You Do?
Make An Impact By:
• Building leading-edge talent management solutions that accelerate achievement of our business strategy
• Partnering with the VP, Global HR to design and implement a leadership talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are being met and a flow of the right candidates is established.
• Executing global talent and succession management process.
• Developing performance management strategies that fuel stronger organizational performance.
• Building out a new level of capability around people-related data measurement and analytics, enabling leaders and HR to make better, data-driven decisions.
• Defining and analyzing human capital metrics, including for DE&I and ESG.
• Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships, and identifying opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Leading assessment strategy for hiring and developing talent.
• Managing talent development team member.
Share Expertise By:
• Owning or strongly participating in leading talent development processes across a complex organization, including succession planning, development planning and internal mobility
• Influencing extended team around the world to execute processes effectively and efficiently.
• Understanding regional and cultural nuances that impact leadership and talent development.
Gain Exposure By:
• Leading critical people practices that all leaders participate in
• Regularly interacting with top leaders across the company
Your Typical Day
• Work will be somewhat cyclical, particularly as it relates to implementations of programs/processes like talent/succession planning and performance management.
• You will consult with extended team members and leaders to design programs, communicate them, educate around them, advise on implementation and improvement.
• Collaboration tools and communication according to global time zones.
• No travel in the near term.
Qualifications:
Required
• 5+ years as talent manager, HR generalist, or HR consultant
• Experience leading large-scale talent management programs or initiatives, preferably in a global environment
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Global mindset
Nice to Have
• Certifications in one or more of workforce analytics, project management, change management, coaching, Hogan or other assessment instruments
• Analytics software experience
• Experience working in a large, global organization
• Graduate level degree (MBA, MSHR, etc.)
We are open to both local and out of state candidates for this position.
If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District and historic downtown architecture ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week). ManpowerGroup puts our employee's safety first and requires all individuals working or visiting our Headquarters to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
If out of state (or greater than 50 miles from Milwaukee, WI) ManpowerGroup is proud to provide remote working options. This includes remote onboarding support, technology stipends and home delivery of computer and other office equipment (required by position).
