IT Tech Support Specialist (Information Technology)
Role Overview:
Self-Help is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Durham, NC. The IT Support Tech will ensure the proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment; provide help desk assistance via the, email, remote operator and/or onsite in resolving technology support issues, and document activities and procedures; travel to branches on a regular schedule to perform maintenance tasks and provide support; perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups and other maintenance tasks; and provide quality frontline help desk support to staff as end users, giving prompt and professional resolution of any problems with the organization's standard hardware, software or network/communications tools or services. The IT Support Tech is also responsible for documenting all work and communicating with the supervisor on scheduled basis.
