Operations Manager 1-OM1 (Government)
Position Overview: This position is the entry level of the Operations Manager classification. The incumbent will assist with insuring that Pike Engineering is increasing market share and market penetration while continuously maintaining quality services in the assigned geographic area. The incumbent will provide management of day to day operations that they are assigned to. The incumbent will provide/assist in the training and mentoring of design/engineering staff that they are responsible for. Typically, this position will be responsible for 1-2 profit centers and a staff of less than 20 employees.

The compensation range for this position is between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00.
