RN Weekend Supervisor - Our Lady of Wisdom Community Care Center (Security)

We're seeking the right candidate for the position of RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor (7:00am-3:00pm) at Our Lady of Wisdom Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:

· Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
· Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
· Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
· Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
· Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
· Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
