To provide resort guests with food and beverage products. Professionally make and serve guests with beverages. Must be 21 or older. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve resort guests in a timely and courteous manner
Aid Servers in any guest service function
Receive payment and provide change
Daily balancing of individual bank
Clean food and beverage preparation areas
Be cost conscious and honest
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and as assigned
Flexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:
Protect the safety of self-workers, and Grand Targhee Resort guests.
Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.
Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.
Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Resorts Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Manual and department-specific procedures or manuals.
Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.
Drive in accordance with the law and Grand Targhee Resort policies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 or older. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree), prior barista experience preferred. Six months or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledgeable and skillful at running a cash register, previous cash handling experience helpful.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Contacts with guests and employees involving routine exchange of information.?Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.?
