Blender (Finance)
Complete most work functions within production operations daily
Responsible for the quality blending of finished products within bulk IBC's, drum and pail packaging of products
General forklift duties are required
The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and mixing equipment
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting
Accountable for the data of production tickets, goods receipts, and shipping documentation
Daily inspection of work area and daily forklift pre-trip
Ensure that a clean and organized work environment is always maintained
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes
Comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations
Other duties may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED
Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator
Physically able to lift 60 pounds, climb stairs or a ladder, and agile enough to squat and bend
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Team player with ability to perform physical work
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate core programs
Two-year process technology degree a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator in a batch or specialty chemicals manufacturing plant
Forklift operation certified (In-house training required.)
