A Role You Will Love The Relationship Manager role serves as a supervisory role directly hiring, managing, training, and overseeing the Client Services Representatives Team. They will partner with the Vice President towards the ongoing growth, training, development, and mentorship of both the Client Services Reps (CSR) and RM's. Serve as the first level escalation point of contact for the Relationship Management Team and prioritize the need to escalate to the VP of Client Relations. Continue to own key accounts with the support of the RM team, this will be accessed through the growth of the Client Relations team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Manage entire relationship with clients, proactively managing client's expectations to increase loan performance and minimizing loss within their portfolio.
Actively and effectively communicate with clients and internal business units. Manage all communication with clients as the primary point of contact within the organization.
Manage the executive relationships at strategic accounts with the support of the CSR team.
Serve as the first level escalation point of contact for the Relationship Management Team.
Prioritize and manage the need to escalate to the VP of Client Relations.
Cross-Sell additional CLS/CPU services.
Work with Executives throughout the organization to facilitate conversations with our current clients for cross selling purposes.
Integral member of the implementation team for new client onboarding.
Correct implementation of a new client is key to a smooth transition into a positive client experience as we 'go live'.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 yrs. Mortgage Industry Experience
3 Years as a Relationship Manager or equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present to Executives both internally and externally
Communicate and coordinate with other departments in a positive and professional manner
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and multi-task when necessary
Ability to effectively handle escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills
Proven track record of successfully problem solving and successfully navigating difficult situations
Strong customer service skills
Work well when under pressure and up against deadlines
Skilled at working in a team environment as a team player
Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining a high degree of quality/compliance accuracy
