Market Sales Manager (Finance)
Support Post-Acute Care sales functions sales activities within a specified market and geographic responsibility.
Support sales plans, strategies, and objectives to drive sales and gross margin dollar growth activities for specific products in a defined geographic territory.
Major Responsibilities
Maintain existing business through providing superior customer support and executing on sales strategies.
Build relationships and maintain personal contact with customers in assigned markets.
Support new sales opportunities while working with sales, product divisions, operations, and management to determine tools and resources needed to execute strategy and achieve goals.
Prospect a target list to develop new relationships.
Work directly with Medline Field Sales team to help promote sales goals and initiatives.
Track sales performance against objectives and inform management of results.
Support RFP response process. Assist in coordination of presentation materials related to RFP response.
With Account Reps, coordinate the implementation of and compliance with signed agreements.
Protect and grow market sales by introducing Medline programs to gain additional contracts and grow sales.

Certification / Licensure
None required
Work Experience
At least 4 years account management and/or sales experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies
Experience developing and delivering technical presentations to various group sizes
Travel will be required - averaging 2-3 overnight trips per week
