Manager - Efficiency, New Installation (Finance)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or combination of related experience and education is preferred.
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of management and / or technical / engineering experience in the elevator industry.
  • Experience with the new installation product line is required.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven record of executing and managing successful complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation skills, and reasoning skills are necessary.
  • Commitment to attainment of financial and/or labor efficiency goals.

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager - Efficiency, New Installation located in Atlanta, GA,

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency and financial success of North America NI Operations. Improving onsite installation methods, provide support with technical expertise, problem solving, and raise expectations for efficiency with the overall result to reduce installation labor hours on NI Projects. This role indirectly manages subordinates. Responsibilities include interfacing with field operations to drive site readiness and leader standard work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Standardizes best practices for strategic management, job site installation, factory to field efficiencies gain and project management. Coordinates through all levels of management teams to drive these best practices and initiatives.
  • Conduct site readiness methods.
  • Implements and oversees strategic operations initiatives; strategically reviewing and implementing best practices that drive performance through gained labor efficiency and quality.
  • Assists with maintaining all job costing and monthly processes and procedures.
  • Leads operations while developing synergies and fostering relationships between field and factory.
  • Serves as key member and liaison between USFO and factory in driving synergies, along with strategic opportunities that provide optimum measurable results in quality and labor efficiency through NI line of business.
  • Monitors performance to ensure standardization of goals are met or exceeded.
  • Fosters a culture of safety and complete compliance with all laws, rules and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
