As we continuously expand our digital and ecommerce footprint across our portfolio, the continued need for foundational insights and analytics, paired with an expansion of innovative test and learn approaches to measurement, drives us to pursue in-house solutions for agile and granular measurement capability and volumetric forecasting. 

Position Summary:
Constellation Brands is looking for a Senior Analyst, Insights and Analytics to join the Digital, Media, & eCommerce team under the Growth department. We are a data-driven and consumer-obsessed organization, who is restless in pushing forward our data and analytics capabilities to improve omnichannel consumer experiences.

This role reports into the Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics to support both Beer and Wine & Spirits divisions. The Senior Analyst will:

  • Support design and execution of analytics models for CBI's core marketing, media, and digital insights and analytics projects, including in-house Marketing Mix Model, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, and test and learn experiments

  • Leverage a deep understanding of marketing, media, and data analytics tools and use cases

  • Align inputs and data, analytical approaches and results to business needs, ensuring models produce actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders, and ultimately driving efficiency, engagement, and conversion across marketing and media channels

We are looking for a team player who performs hands-on analysis/modeling and synthesizes insights to tell a story. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated to learn, and unafraid to ask questions and orient the organization to think differently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports a portfolio of marketing, media and digital analytics projects and in-house analytics capabilities, overseeing the execution of the strategic roadmaps for these existing and new/future projects.

  • Owns optimization and simulation work for forecasting marketing plan performance based on historical model results to provide spend/mix and volume recommendation for moving budget targets.

  • Documents and communicates best practices for marketing analytics model development, knowledge sharing, onboarding, and project management

  • Informs scalable data management, insights and analytics capabilities for collecting, processing, modeling

  • Creates, maintains, and delivers dashboards that monitor KPIs for tests, and communicate results to key stakeholders

  • Partners with stakeholders to manage testing calendar and reduce pilot collisions given test objectives & audiences

  • Conducts ad hoc insights and analysis for internal partners as requested, including in-depth funnel & conversion analysis

  • Develops strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related filed (business/digital marketing/economics) or equivalent work experience either agency or supplier side.

  • 3-4+ years' experience in insights, analytics, or similar.

  • Understanding and experience with Marketing Analytics – the media/digital media landscape as well as media measurement and effectiveness; fluency in digital marketing metrics and attribution.

  • 1-2 years' experience in Marketing Mix Modeling.

  • Success in leading highly technical projects while bringing communication and collaboration skills required to drive a cross-functional team.

  • Ability to manage several concurrent activities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agile environment.

  • Experience with data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., ETL, Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate (and educate) complex data and technical methods in a simple and digestible manner.

  • Critical thinker with an innovative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL, Python, R

  • Understanding of Statistical Modelling

  • Media Agency/Consulting, MarTech, or AdTech experience

  • CPG/Bev Alc experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Travel Required: Must be flexible in work style and schedule with limited travel requirement <10%

  • Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time

  • Primary work environment is an office setting

  • Must have a valid driver's license
