Community Relations Liaison - Northern MN (Personal Services)

What You'll Do
Foster relationships with clinics, hospitals, counties, schools and others so that they are aware of Nystrom & Associates' mental health services and feel comfortable recommending us to patients.
Provide presentations about our services.
Represent our organization at community events.
Collaborate with local clinic leaders and staff to learn about their services and organizations in the community that would be good partners for referral relationships.
Attend community meetings where you can interact with health care and community leaders on mental health issues.
Travel most days of the week to clinics, hospitals, counties and schools throughout your region to educate them on our services, provide brochures, and build strong collaborative relationships.
Send regular emails keeping potential and existing referral partners aware of news or updates on our services.
Maintain a strong social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Track your interaction in our customer relationship management system.

What Your Qualifications Should Be
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn to use a customer relationship management system.
