Complete Account Executive (Administrative)

ATI Nursing Education, a division of Ascend Learning is the leading provider of online instruction, remediation, analytics, and consulting solutions for nursing programs. Founded in 1998, ATI uses progressive data analytics and compelling content to help nursing students master core content, develop into practice-ready nurses, and succeed on the NCLEX. Together with nursing schools, we're preparing the next generation of nurse leaders, ready to provide skilled and safe nursing care in a rapidly changing healthcare marketplace. Currently, ATI works with 20,000+ nurse educators, 2,500 nursing programs, and 225,000+ students.

ATI Nursing Education is hiring a Complete Account Executive (CAE), who will be the primary liaison between ATI and ATI Complete Partners in the South region. This position will cover several states in the Southeast.  This is a remote position living within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the value in new innovations and services to renew contracts at current pricing
  • Active involvement in all aspects of ATI's relationship with each Complete Partner
  • Assess Partner needs and outcome goals, prioritize them, and then organize the appropriate ATI resources to help deliver
  • Obligations include, sales, relationship management, issue escalation and resolution, high-level project management
  • Prepare and conduct semi-annual Complete Insight Reviews (CIRs).
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure product integration and training are completed and ongoing with client.
  • Ensure appropriate ATI service resources are deployed to meet obligations
  • Partner with programs to drive successful client outcomes

 Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years field-based solution sales experience 
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment with multiyear contracts
  • Industry knowledge and background in healthcare or higher education
  • Nursing education industry knowledge and experience preferred

 Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to leverage data and analytical insights
  • Proven sales experience in demonstrating the value in new innovations and services
  • Strong influence skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful client outcomes and solutions
  • Executive-level experience and presence
  • Possess at least a minimum baseline financial acumen
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to travel 3 days a week for in person meetings
