The Marketing Data Analyst is principally responsible for supporting sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support, is responsible for CRM module troubleshooting, analyzing, maintaining, and training. Sets up and configures new modules and provides advice to end users on application and use of modules. Provides computer systems support and service for a variety of operating systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. The Analyst will work with the Marketing Manager to set priorities and project deadlines.
The Analyst supports Wagner's strategic goals by collecting and maintaining high quality data and performing analysis that informs critical business management decisions. This position employs exceptional statistical analysis and problem-solving skills to interpret dealership and third-party data, presenting insights in easy-to-understand written reports shared with management and other business functions. This analysis may involve determining ROI for marketing campaigns, identifying and projecting sales trends, summarizing customer needs, coverage studies, loyalty studies etc.
Pay Rate: $64,641 - $88,884 annually.
Pay is dependent on education and experience.
