Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources (VPHR) this position is a high impact role driving best practices across the GardaWorld US Cash Services organization. This position will lead a team that is geographically diverse and support a nearly 7,000 employee base.

The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate, values driven, relationship builder with a deep understanding of all aspects of Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) inclusive of strategy development & deployment; HR technology; remote team leadership and Center of Excellence (COE) effectiveness. This position will drive a domestic agenda which ensures flawless tactical execution to meet the needs of the business. This strategic leader will develop and implement a multi-level Total Rewards strategy that can flex to the specific, changing needs of the business. The successful leader will first seek to understand business needs and then quickly build highly productive critical relationships both internally and externally.
Primary Responsibilities

•  Seeks to quickly establish genuine, credible, and productive relationships with operations leadership, the executive team, peers, and the function team members.
•  Set short and long-term strategic and tactical objectives that drive success by evaluating and developing our compensation program and structure.  This is inclusive of job structures, market analysis, incentive programs, and design/develop/implement needed changes and improvements across the organization
•  Evaluate and oversee GardaWorld’s executive compensation strategy, working in partnership with external consultants, including design, implementation, communication and administration of programs.
•  Partner with the VPHR and others to develop, execute, and communicate key benefits and compensationÂprograms. Oversee all program changes and new plan rollouts including making initial recommendations to successfully communicating to all levels of employees and independent advisors. Â
•  Oversee the design, funding, and administration of all annual benefits programs and projects.  Participate in the selection and management of all vendors, brokers, and administrative partners.
•  Oversee the compensation administration process including the planning and implementation of annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotion process and bonusÂprograms.  Lead regular market and ad-hoc analyses of base pay, variable pay (including sales incentives) bonus, long term incentives, and benefits to ensure market competitiveness.  Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, Finance, and leaders on pay decisions, sales plan documentation, policy, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions for specific compensation related programs Â
•  Stay abreast of and respond to legislative changes impacting benefits programs. Provide strategic oversight, leadership and expertise ensuring that all practices are compliant with pertinent regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, those enforced by federal and local government
•  Partner with the Finance department on budgeting and accrual of all Total Rewards programs
•  Help to build and maintain a health and wellness culture at GardaWorld

Basic Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBAÂpreferred)
•  10+ years compensation & benefit design expertise, including executive, equity and sales compensation
•  3+ years leading a team of total rewards analysts and business partners
•  Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, trends, & best practices
•  Demonstrated excellence in vendor management, project management,
•  Analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data, makeÂrecommendations and deliver outcomes
•  Ability to quickly establish credibility to partner effectively with business leaders and colleagues to define and deliver effective processes, programs and tools that support businessÂgoals
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor materials to match the audience and the ability to influence across all levels and functions of anÂorganization, including interaction with the Executive Team
•  Forward thinking, proactive and a continuous process improvementÂmindset

Preferred Qualifications
•  CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification or other designation in total rewards
•  Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce
