A Day in the Life
The Principal Systems Engineer will drive adoption and integration of Systems Engineering methodologies in North Haven New Product Development and Business Portfolio groups to improve project outcomes including first time quality, customer satisfaction and predictability in time to market and cost. This position applies technical expertise towards systems solutions of complex technical problems and provides solutions that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed with some direction and latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. The role will collaborate with cross-function team members to drive consistent application of Systems Engineering practices across the organization.
