Sales Manager (Finance)
Manage sales activity and performance reporting, account and territory assignments, driving sales process improvement, and effective administrative processes for the sales team
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Manage direct as well as distribution sales
Lead generation, development, cold calling, identifying problems and come up with solutions for customer applications
New Account development and management
Define, report, and continuously improve on team KPIs (MQL to SQL conversion rates, efficacy of outbound efforts, lead campaigns, etc)
Collaborate with our SalesOps Team to improve and enhance internal reporting
Develop and refine our inbound and outbound sales development motions
Advocate for our prospects with internal stakeholders
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership
