The Role & Department
As a Senior Manager; Data Quality and Process, you will be a member of the Clinical Data Management (CDM) Team and be responsible for process improvement initiatives within clinical data management function as well as cross-functional workstreams. The Senior Manager; Data Quality and Process, will be responsible for the end-to-end data review process including integration within and outside of the function as well as providing/ensuring proper training for both new processes and systems. You will report to the Associate Director, Data Quality & Process, CDM and work closely with members of CDM as well as the cross-functional teams and vendors partners.

Where you will work
This role will report to our Princeton, NJ USA office and will work hybrid onsite or can be remote for applicable candidates, Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$171,000.00---$199,500.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
