Group Sales Specialist - Palmer House a Hilton Hotel (Finance)




The Palmer House a Hilton Hotel is looking for a Group Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone that wants to learn and grow their career within sales. We are looking for someone with 1 year hotel industry experience, extremely organized, able to multi-task, and a passion for customer service.

What will I be doing?

  • Coordinate and facilitate site inspections for Group Sales Managers and for "walk in" sites - full knowledge of meeting space, set up types, capacities, menus, amenities, restaurants and specific room types.
  • Prepare sites for Group Sales Managers: site forms, VIP Gold Card forms, site gift bags, amenities, transportation, check meeting/sleeping rooms, work with the Chefs on Chef Tables.
  • Handle special requests for customers and sales managers while on property and check VIP reservation/amenity orders daily.
  • Attend staff meetings and other appropriate department/management meetings to ensure two-way communication between property team members and Complex Sales Team.
  • Update Site Tracker on Teams after reviewing revenues that resulted from sites in FDC.
  • Will be assisting with handling all wedding rooms blocks for the Palmer House
  • Special Projects as assigned by Managers and Directors.

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
