Internet BDC Supervisor (Administrative)
Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Internet BDC Supervisor. The Internet (BDC) Supervisor is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our sales department. Job Duties Include:
- Attends regularly scheduled daily meetings within the department
- Follows up on daily, weekly and monthly leads.
- Reviews advertisements published by the company and files the latest three weeks' worth of ads in a manner that makes them accessible and useful to achieve the overall goals of the department Inputs and logs all activity regarding customer contact
- Remains up-to-date on all company developments, industry knowledge and standards
- Makes out-going and answers incoming telephone calls by using the company developed script to schedule committed appointments
- Effectively acquires telephone numbers to be used in making out-going calls
- Promptly and courteously answers in-coming phone calls
- Communicates scheduled appointments to proper company representatives
- Performs administrative leadership functions regarding business development
- Maintains and manages customer database by updating and generating prospects as well as ensuring the integrity of the database
- Any other job task as requested by Management
Required Experience:
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding phone skills and follow-up
