Administrative Support I (Finance)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Answers telephone switchboard and directs calls.Greets visitors and answers inquiries.Responsible for sorting and distributing mail received at corporate office.Separates and distributes Accounts Payable invoices.Performs a variety of clerical duties.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the Company; ability to respond to questions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
