Lifestyle Receptionist (Finance)
Provide administrative support services at the Fitness Center location.
Greets members in accordance with established check-in procedures.
Answer basic questions regarding the business, such as hours of operation, as well as provide customers with a brief explanation of the classes and services the fitness center offers.
Provide customer service to patrons to include the recognition of guests upon visit and offers assistance as needed throughout the facility.
Distribute health promotion/fitness center information to fitness center members and the organizations workforce, by providing educational materials utilizing; fact sheets, website, social media, bulletin boards, banners, and flyers.
Verify customers membership prior to fitness center use.
Offer new customers an orientation to the fitness center, equipment, and contact information for questions to all new fitness center members.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
