Schedules Café FOH staff with Café Manager
Delegate tasks to FOH staff and follow up
Monitor employees on performance and work productivity
Conducts performance evaluation with Café Manager that is timely and constructive
Handles discipline of employees with Café Manager as needed and in accordance with company policy
Open communication with Café Manager

Work Schedule:
Your typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, no holidays or weekends.
