Inventory Manager (Marketing)
The Inventory Manager – Materials Analyst has the responsibility and authority to:
Monitor, report and analyze inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Support inventory organization programs like PFEP, Kanban and FIFO.
Verify the correct amount of material is on hand to support production schedules.
Support inventory reduction programs for rework, slow moving and non-moving components.
Identify and root-causes reasons for record in-accuracy problems.
Work on improving shop floor processes which cause inventory in-accuracy problems.
Work on improving the tools used in day-to-day inventory analysis.
Resolve material transaction issues like shipping, receiving and POC problems.
Three years of experience in purchasing, material planning or inventory Management required.
Four-year degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Operations/Logistics Management required.
Manufacturing material flow knowledge
Good computer and analytical skills
Experience and/or knowledge of MRP systems and inventory control. Oracle knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
