As a valued part of the leadership team, the Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, guidance and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinic in a manner that promotes high employee morale, top-quality patient care and a professional clinic atmosphere. Responsible for department scheduling and time approval process Recruits, hires and coordinates the onboarding and training for new staff members Manages staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed Performs annual and as needed employee reviews. Provides constructive feedback on performance to meet organizational, personal and professional goals Implements Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and/or disciplinary action as needed Designs and implements business strategies to help Rural Health Clinic (RHC) meet organizational short and long term goals Creates policies as needed ensuring all function in accordance with Federal/State laws Plans and manages RHC budget Develops a cohesive team environment Develops and maintains a culture of quality improvement
