Sr Customer Marketing Specialist (Finance)



As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.

Additionally, you will play a guiding role by guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. In this role, you will impact the company by driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. Your contributions will be felt through increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the achievement of business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the social strategy to align with our broader customer marketing goals.

  • Lead efforts with the strategic business units in social media and content to optimize our social media programs.
  • Lead the business of engagement to make employee advocacy, using Everyone Social, a major part of our strategy.
  • Manage and implement social content calendars.
  • Manage sizable budgets and execute campaigns - both long and short term.
  • Understand and execute the Honeywell voice and visual design in social media.
  • Develop written and visual content for business unit and corporate campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs to develop messaging and content to optimize awareness.
  • Align digital offerings to customer decision journeys and personas.
  • Understand our landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Manage projects, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Create measurement, tracking and reporting to improve results for all tactics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify highest performing options to ensure we're targeting the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  • Use engagement metrics to suggest adjustments to tactics and strategies to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to build and sustain industry-best digital engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, willing to experiment with new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
