As IJM continues this trajectory of growth and scaling of its impact, with the Vision to protect 500 million people by the year 2030, IJM's Chief People Officer (CPO) and leader of the Global People Support (GPS) team, is seeking a mature, experienced, and energetic professional to provide administrative and project support. The CPO and Executive Assistant will succeed through daily interaction and collaboration to establish shared goals, determine priorities, manage tasks, and generate clear, consistent communication.
The Executive Assistant will have the ability to exercise superior judgment in a dynamic leadership environment, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ideal individual will be able to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous environment, steward a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion, and partner with the CPO to balance competing priorities to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of the CPO.
This position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area, and reports to the Chief People Officer.
