About the role:
As the Junior Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role within our team. Your days will encompass a diverse range of accounting responsibilities with a focus on accounts payable invoicing and facilitating payment processing.
Input Accounts Payable Invoices.
Facilitate payment process and reconcile month end statements.
Collaborate with other seasoned Staff Accountants.
Post month-end journal entries.
You'll collaborate with various departments across the company, which will allow you to work on building strong relationships with them to promote collective growth.

What we need from you:
Besides your amazing attitude, we need a dynamic candidate with previous accounting experience and basic knowledge of GAAP. The ideal candidate will also have intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with QuickBooks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail, are crucial. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow, is agile, and can switch priorities at a moment's notice. Flexibility in scheduling, problem-solving, team collaboration, communication, and maintaining an open-minded attitude are essential. The candidate should be eager to foster excellent relationships with colleagues across business departments and be able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, we want someone who knows how to have fun while excelling in their role!
