ISC Production Supervisor 1 st Shift IAL - VMT & Group 41

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations within the Aerospace (AERO) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be accountable for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized. Your guidance and expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence in our manufacturing facility.

You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location onsite primarily on a first shift schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our operations, ensuring that production goals are achieved, and customer expectations are met. You will have the opportunity to guide a team of production operators, work with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations within VMT and Group 41 in support of production operations
• Ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized
• Directly supervise and motivate a team of Technicians and production operators to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe working environment
• Drive productivity improvements and a culture of continuous improvements
• Enforce compliance
• Employee Development and Talent Management
• Resource management in dynamic environment
• Review quality output and coach team improvements
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross functional teams
• Additional duties as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,800 - $97,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
