Member Experience Specialist (Finance)
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Create and send Outlook meeting save-the-dates and invitations to GRB members and
prospects
• Execute engagement strategies and provide regular updates to Service Delivery
Associates, Events Manager, and GRB management as needed.
• Recommend targeted engagement strategies based on specific member intelligence and
trends, including a more personalized approach to individual attendance
• Ensure personalized, thoughtful, accurate, value-added member (and executive
assistant) communications reflecting GRB style and standards.
• Communicate meeting agenda details, track and encourage attendance, collect and
record meeting logistics information.
• Interface with Ruby client prospecting program to determine which prospects should
attend specific events.
• Review and update registration templates in Rainfocus event management system
• Partner with Gartner Conferences associate and Events Operations manager to
continuously improve the use of Rainfocus.
• Provide "on-site" virtual and live meeting support as needed
• Review member Service Agreements to ensure event entitlements are being utilized
Impact of Role: Expected Results
Ensure continuous improvement in member engagement through standard event
communication touchpoints and additional strategic, personalized communications, timely and
accurate attendance status reporting and risk identification. Quickly develop and deploy
engagement activities and risk mitigation strategies.
Relationships: Internal/External
Interact with members and their executive assistants to drive engagement at meetings and
other GRB community events. Conceptualize and collaborate with various departments
internally in support of member engagement opportunities.
Education/ Certifications
Bachelor's Degree
Professional Experience
• A minimum of three years senior executive support experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail
• Stellar organizational skills; ability to work independently
• Strong time, project/deadline management skills
• Excellent teamwork ethos, ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with other
departments
• Critical thinking and problem solving mastery
Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Google Workspace; Microsoft
Teams; Rainfocus, Video Conferencing Tools (Zoom, WebEx, etc.), CRM systems, particularly
Salesforce.
