This role reports into the CFO and will lead accounting, tax, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis for Landmark. This will include both the Landmark wholly owned entities as well as ventures, funds, and other private equity real estate investment vehicles. Key areas of responsibilities will include investor reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual financials and capital accounts), treasury management (transaction funding, venture expenses, capital calls and distributions), coordinating annual GAAP audits and tax returns and serving as a key team member for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management for accounting, tax and regulatory issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in private equity, particularly with a real estate and public accounting background.
