About this role:
The Service Desk Manager will provide technical assistance to computer users. Along with answering questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.Quickly respond to end user requests for assistance when existing manuals and scripted responses are not sufficient to meet user needs.Provide Technical Assistance to computer users.
