We're looking for a culture-savvy, gaming-passionate Account Executive to join our Xbox Creator Marketing team. This role supports earned-first creator marketing programs across game and hardware launches, platform moments, and partner collaborations. Whether in the office or the Xbox group chat, we share wins, stay close to the work, and geek out over what's next in the creator world.

Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to wrap reports, insights decks, and client presentations
    • Support client communication and relationship management with professionalism and reliability
    • Actively source opportunities for creator programming with existing clients and provide strategic recommendations on how influencers can amplify current and future initiatives
    • Understands and participates in agency billing and invoicing procedures; records and submits time, expenses and POs to the right project codes on a timely basis
    • Demonstrate a collaborative, hard-working, team spirit focused on serving the practice and the needs of the client
    • Contribute to program recaps and reporting

Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience working directly with creators, in creator marketing, talent management and/or at a comparable agency
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of earned creator engagement
    • Working knowledge of top creator platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.)
    • Experience tracking and managing campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables
    • Familiarity with gaming media and creators
    • Strong writing skills, as well as the ability to interact with internal teams professionally and maintain relationships with creators, agents and managers
    • Passionate about the role creators can play in an integrated marketing plan
    • Ability to engage and execute multiple small and mid-sized influencer projects
    • Experience working with multiple tiers of creators and supporting programs across multiple digital channels
    • Able to perform well under pressure by efficiently prioritizing tasks and completing multiple items under deadline
    • Proficient at keeping a pulse on culture and what is relevant and sharing that information with internal teams
    • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts.
