Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Manager (Training) will report to the Director - CI (Tng) and be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and sustainment efforts for the training goals and initiatives across an assigned segment of the business. This position will partner with CI Leaders for an assigned Platform, as well as Plant-level leadership and training resources to build and deploy a sustainable training program across multiple plants. Other key areas of responsibility include the lifecycle management of assigned CI training programs, coordinating training initiatives, leading/facilitating targeted CI training courses, analyzing skilled and semi-skilled based learning needs, and maintaining a feedback loop on training content and tools. This position will assist in the facilitation of Lean transformational activities, champion change, and is a resource for Lean improvement. The Continuous Improvement Manager (Training) will work closely with all functional areas to achieve results.
