Qualifications –License, Education and/or Experience Required:
Must be a graduate of an accredited program and must have successfully passed or be scheduled for the board examination. Requires Occupational Therapy Assistant certification.
BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Essential Functions: Provides patient care services to patients of all ages in accordance with the plan of care developed by the evaluating therapist, including implementation of the treatment plan, assessing the effectiveness of the treatment, communicating and collaborating with the evaluating physical therapist to promote maximum benefits from therapy, and educating patients/caregivers.
