We are seeking a team-orientated, outcomes driven infrastructure manager with an interest in culture change and DEI. The Culture & Inclusion Manager, Infrastructure will report to the Vice President, BRGs, Infrastructure & Program Management to execute projects and programs in support of Prudential's global Change & Inclusion priorities. You will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, an ability to influence senior stakeholders, operating effectively across a highly matrixed organization.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business in our Newark, NJ office. While a hybrid work arrangement is strongly preferred, remote candidates with the ability to travel to Newark periodically will be considered. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

The Culture & Inclusion Manager, Infrastructure will support the following programs:

  • Business Resource Groups – Partner with VP, BRGs, Infrastructure & Program Management to support BRG priorities, including Heritage Month celebrations and Prudential Inclusion Council.

  • DEI Support for Clients – Partner with PGIM and GRI RFP and client teams to maintain RFP SharePoint site for DEI questions, provide response support for Due Diligence and specific client inquiries. Partner with C&I Expert in each division to maintain needed DEI/Culture-related Client pitch materials.

  • DEI Benchmarking – Partner with HR data team and DEI experts to respond to relevant industry benchmarking requirements.

  • Global Event Planning – Support Culture & Inclusion employee programs and events globally.

  • Culture & Inclusion/DEI Website Maintenance – Partner with comms, legal and C&I experts to maintain internal and external Culture & Inclusion/DEI websites.

  • Research Database Management – Maintain DEI and Culture Change Management Research Database.

  • Culture & Inclusion Team Strategy – Maintain strategy document for collective C&I team, updating as appropriate based on changing priorities, updating after annual strategic planning process.

  • Culture & Inclusion Team Budget – In partnership with C&I Executive Admin, maintain the team's annual budget, ensuring the financial spend is aligned with our strategic priorities.

What you'll need:

  • Experience of working within large and complex organizations.

  • Proven history of facilitating large initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.

  • Strong communicator - written and verbal - and exceptional at collaborating with colleagues at all levels.

  • Learning mindset with a clear interest in being curious and creative, and a capacity to quickly absorb new concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet also be a team player.

  • Passion for initiating action-oriented solutions a must!

It'd be a plus if you had:

  • DEI-related project management a plus.

  • Financial industry experience a plus.

  • Data benchmarking and research experience.

  • Knowledge of industries where GRI and PGIM compete.

  • Strategic thinking and solution ideation, with evidence of contribution to team strategy and outcomes.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
  • Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
