Associate Operations Semi-Conductor II (Finance)



As an Associate Operations Semi-Conductor II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and assembly processes in the semiconductor industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and quality in production. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Richardson, TX location with an onsite schedule. In this role, you will impact the production of high-quality semiconductor products, contributing to the advancement of technology solutions that meet customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize operations.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or operations.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

• Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and technologies specific to semiconductor operations.

WE VALUE

• High School Diploma required.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
