Business Development Representative (Project Management)
Take 150-200 customer submitted leads a month.
Achieve minimum daily standards for any/all communication. They are as followed: 75 + outbound calls, 75+ outbound emails, 50 + text messages.
Schedule a minimum of 60+ (or 30% of leads) as appointments a month.
Produce a 75% show ratio to appointments set.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Stay up to date on all vehicle programs and inventory.
